AI outreach to businesses

Reach the owner, not the front desk.

Give Volley a list of businesses and what you want their owners to see. It calls, learns who decides and when they are in, sends the video or the page by text or email, and books the call with the ones who looked.

It finds who decides

Every call writes down who answered, who decides, their name and when they are in. A name the front desk corrects is fixed on the contact.

It calls when they answer

It learns, business by business and hour by hour, when owners themselves pick up, and moves the calls there. It never calls in a rush you marked quiet.

It shows, then asks

Videos, menus and pages go out as links that tell you when they were opened. A watched video earns a call the same afternoon.

Where every contact stands, and what happens next.

Each contact sits in one lane, and each lane says what Volley does there. You can rename them, add one, or change the rules.

  1. Lane 1

    Owner hunt

Calling until the person who decides is named and reached

  2. Lane 2

    Callback asked

Called again at the exact hour someone gave

  3. Lane 3

    Sent

The video or page went out; waiting to see it opened

  4. Lane 4

    Watched

They looked: a call or a text follows at once

  5. Lane 5

    Hot

Asked for a call or a price: handed to you

It speaks your business's words.

Volley starts from a setup made for this kind of work, then renames everything to the words you use. Every screen, every report and every agent speaks them.

From a call
  1. Hi, is the owner in? It's Avery, calling about online ordering.

  2. He's not here till after two. Can I pass something on?

  3. That would be kind. Could I text you a two-minute video for him?

  4. Sure, this number's fine.

  5. Sent. I'll try him after two. What's his name, so I ask for the right person?

Bold on the phone. Always inside the lines.

The agents decide what to say and what to do next. The limits around them are rules in code that no agent and no planner can talk its way past.

Calling hours

Only inside the hours you set, in each contact's own time zone, and only while their business is open.

Do not contact

Anyone who says stop, on a call or in a reply, is never called, texted or emailed again.

Money caps

A daily budget per campaign and a wallet that never goes below zero. The planner can never spend past them.

Calls at once

You set how many calls run together and how fast new ones start, so your numbers stay healthy.

Honest about AI

An agent always says it is an AI when asked, and can say so in its first sentence if you prefer.

Texting done right

Your business registered with the carriers, every text says how to stop, replies to STOP are honoured at once.
