Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Volley Voice for the use of Volley, the website at volleyvoice.com and the app. By creating an account or using Volley you accept them. If you use Volley for a business, you accept them for that business and confirm you may do so.

How we handle personal information is set out in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

Volley gives your business AI agents that place and answer calls, send and answer texts and emails, keep a record of every conversation, and decide and schedule the next step with each contact, inside the limits you set. Features change as the product grows; we tell you before taking away anything you rely on.

• You must be at least 18 and give a real email address.
• Sign-in is by a link sent to your email or by Google. Keep access to that mailbox and account safe; what is done from your account is your responsibility.
• You decide who joins your workspace and what each person may do there.

• Volley is paid as you go from a prepaid wallet. A new workspace starts with $50 of free credit.
• Calls, texts, emails, phone numbers and the AI work around them take from the wallet at the rates shown in the app, and every charge is shown with what it was for.
• When the wallet is empty, work that costs money stops until credit is added. Nothing is charged to a card you did not add.
• Free credit has no cash value and cannot be refunded. Credit you paid for can be refunded when you close your account, less what was already used; write to hello@volleyvoice.com.
• We may change rates with 30 days' notice; a change never applies to credit already spent.

You are the sender of every call, text and email your agents make, and you are responsible for following the laws that apply to them, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, CAN-SPAM, state calling laws and the carriers' rules for business texting. In particular you agree to:

• Contact only people you have a lawful basis to contact, and have the consent the law requires before texting or making calls that need it.
• Honour do-not-call lists and every request to stop, which Volley records for you.
• Call only within lawful hours in the contact's own time zone, which Volley enforces with the hours you set.
• Tell people a call is recorded where the law asks for it, and never hide that an agent is an AI when asked.
• Register your business for texting when the carriers require it.

• Harassment, threats, fraud, or pretending to be someone you are not.
• Debt collection, political or emergency-service calls, or anything that needs a licence you do not hold.
• Sending unlawful content, malware, or messages to people who asked you to stop.
• Trying to get around Volley's limits, reach other workspaces, or overload the service.

Your contacts, files, scripts, recordings and conversations remain yours. You give us the right to keep and process them only to run Volley for you. You confirm that you have the right to bring them to Volley and to contact the people in them.

Agents are AI. They can mishear, misunderstand, or say something that is not right. Volley gives you the transcript, the reading and a review of every call so you can see what happened, and you remain responsible for what your agents are set up to say and do. Do not use Volley for decisions that need a person, such as medical, legal or financial advice.

You can close your account at any time from your profile. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or puts people, carriers or the service at risk; where we can, we tell you first and give you the chance to fix it.

Volley is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. You will cover us for claims that arise from the calls, texts and emails you send or the content you bring.

When we change these terms we update the date at the top, and tell you by email before a change that matters takes effect. Questions go to hello@volleyvoice.com.
